CBT - Making Changesis a service which provides Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to individuals experiencing from a wide range of problems which are impacting on their day to day lives.
 
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is evidence-based psychological interventions, which is recommended by the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE).
 
The aim of CBT - Making Changesis to provide High Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Interventions to allow individuals to move forward from problems which are severely impacting upon their lifestyles.

Consultations can be arranged with the Therapist, within the Congleton locality at the Congleton Complementary & Alternative Medical Centre, a treatment is specifically used by CBT - Making Changes, or the therapist can come to your home, if required and dependent on the distance to travel.
 
Consultations will last 50 minutes and the length of treatment can be 6 - 20 sessions, dependent on the indivdual's need.
